Our services may use tracking features on user actions in order to improve site performance, quality of services, and to prevent and detect malicious activities. • Sending communications regarding user specific information, program implementations, and/or Plan updates and changes
• Completing registered user requests (including transactions, applications, claims, etc.)
• Engaging with vendors and/ or providers who assist Solxsys with Services provided by the Plan

• Vendors and/ or providers are restricted from using personal data in any other way than to provide services, or to engage in collaboration with Solxsys under contractual obligations. Solxsys does not use personal data provided to send commercial or marketing communications, unless given a legal basis for doing so.

Solxsys Website Services

For registered users/consumers, personal information may be accessible to Solxsys Employees who have access to the website and its functionalities. Information collected through email may be shared with our Member Services department, other associates, or vendors that perform services on the plans behalf.

Personal information that is no longer necessary or relevant to providing Services may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data.
